Leann Griffin, RN, CCRN, Burn-C, CEO
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Expert Injector
Leann has been a registered nurse since 1992 and has worked in all areas of critical care. While taking care of high-percentage burn patients in the burn ICU, Leann developed her passion for the rejuvenation of skin and the healing of damaged tissue.
Growing up in Southern California, Leann was intrigued by the obsession with youth and beauty. This intrigue into finding the fountain of youth, as well as an intense passion for the rejuvenation of damaged skin, brings to Vixen’s clients a balance they appreciate and results they love.
As the CEO of Vixen Aesthetics, Leann oversees the training of all employees and maintains instructor-level proficiencies in all services offered at Vixen. Leann specializes in the fine art and science of Botox and facial filler placement as well as uses PDO threads, since their invent, to lift lax skin and stimulate collagen.
Dr. Jerry Greib, DO
Medical Director, Expert Injector
Dr. Greib, Medical Director, has been practicing medicine since 1999. While treating trauma patients in the emergency room, Dr. Greib developed an intense interest and great skills in the repair of facial injuries, treatments for wound healing and preservation of aesthetics and cosmetic outcome.
As the Medical Director of Vixen Aesthetics, Dr. Greib is committed to our team approach to patient/client satisfaction, overseeing all medical treatments and procedures. Receiving extensive training around the country in facial aesthetics, Dr. Greib’s passion for the art of injecting Botox and facial fillers makes him desired by both his patients and colleagues alike.
Megan Sage, RN
Nurse Injector, Practice Manger
Megan joined Vixen Aesthetics in 2018. Early on, her passion for boosting others’ confidence grew. As an Aesthetic Nurse and Practice Manager, Megan combines clinical expertise with management skills. She ensures top standards in patient care and operations. Trained by Leann Griffin RN, Vixen’s national trainer, Megan focuses on helping patients achieve beauty and wellness goals. She is skilled in Botox, Carboxytherapy, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, and assists clients with weight loss plans.
Katie Oddo, LME, CLT
Licensed Medical Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician
Katie earned her esthetician license in 2019. She then attended the National Laser Institute to become a certified laser technician. With over five years of experience in laser technology and medical aesthetics, Katie is dedicated to achieving positive results. She specializes in non-invasive procedures like skin tightening, resurfacing, pigmentation correction, laser hair and tattoo removal, and chemical peels.
Michelle Rood, MA
Patient Care Coordinator
With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for patient care to Vixen Aesthetics. Her goal is to enhance the patient experience by providing seamless coordination and support throughout their aesthetic journey. Michelle is our expert provider for Emsella, Cryotherapy and CoolTone treatments.

Vanessa is Vixen’s newest team member and the friendly, smiling face that greets you when you step through our doors. She is devoted to making every guest feel welcome. A licensed esthetician, Vanessa brings both knowledge and efficiency to the front desk. She is detail-oriented and committed to providing accurate information and support to our clients.
